The year 2007 in search for new investment guidelines and in conjunction with the specific development of the tourism sector at national level, the management decides to invest in this industry. Third pillar development of tourism is defined in conjunction with real estate activity and founded through the acquisition of the company "HOTEL COMPLEX SAMOS SA" in 2010 owned by the 200-bed hotel unit (SAMAINA BAY). In 2016 the company "TOURIST KARLOVASOU SA" (Hotel Erato 100 beds) is acquired. From 2016 till 2018, the group renovates both units, creating two very modern and luxurious complexes and offers 60 new working positions.
